DampEnd is a two part mixed system (Dry & Liquids) and is applied as a single or double coat application mixed with fiber and cement as part of the components.

Mainly used for waterproofing the internal skin of cavity walls,as a barrier coating in damp repair work or as an adhesion layer over touch-on, bitumen based systems or where exposed brickwork needs to be filled, replacing the need to do “bag wash” plaster.

SealPro Flex is a combination of binders to achieve massive elasticity without compromising our waterproofing capabilities.

As SealPro Flex is similar in design and formulation to Hydro Seal we still achieve a maximum of 23%
water up take over 14 days. This product is ideal for application to surfaces with greater expansion and contraction characteristics.

With a combination of using SealPro Flex and Hydro Seal as a joint sealer specifically in expansion joints or joining two substrates with different properties together, i.e. metal roof and wall, we ensure 100% waterproofing and a flexible seamless membrane. It is available in 90 standard colours but can be matched to colour swatches.

Plaster Primer is a derivative of Repello that consists of z co-polymer and titanium dioxide mixture.

This preparation product is mainly aimed at the painting industry to prepare walls and seals the surface before applying the final coating of specified products. The product shall high light imperfection in plaster that cloud be remedied or fixed beforehand

Non-Slip Floor Coat is a similar formulation to Universal Floor Coat, with special additives that provides a high grip to any surface where more traction is required.

This product is ideal for “grip strips” on stairs and disabled ramps, especially in wet conditions. With this unique formulation of Hydro Seal, it still has the qualities such as waterproofing and flexibility. Being adhesion promoted it will bond to most substrates, which lends itself to be used as a textured wall coating that conforms to any contour.

More recent studies have shown interest by Interior design companies that favour rough textured surfaces in various applications in newly designed buildings.

Sportseal Smooth has been successfully used on play surfaces, sport courts and at nursery schools. With its nonabrasive surface finish it has proven less injuries and a more comfortable play area, allowing learners the opportunity to play barefoot as appose to in full kit.

The product is suitable for indoor and outdoor sports courts and is available in a variety of colours. Studies have shown vibrant colours, being an attraction to learners, promotes sports activities. It can also be used on walk ways and paved areas to provide additional recreational space.

SealPro also provides Sportseal NS, which is a non-slip surface used in more traction required sports courts. Sportseal NS is a similar formulation to Sportseal Smooth with additives providing a high grip.

Common sports played on this kind of surface are netball and tennis.

Clear Coat as a roof coating is specifically aimed at the timber and thatch industry.

The benefits of using clear coat is the prevention of oxidation and degradation of timber or thatch, this will prevent discolouration and simultaneously waterproof the structure. This will decrease the maintenance of thatched roofs and timber structures as no more “brushing” will be required every 2 years.

As clear coat has a minimal odour compared to other protective products like karbolinium or bitumen the advantage is that the product can be applied during occupation of an area. Clear coat has an expected live span of 5 years. We are in the process of developing a fire resistant derivative of clear coat, which will have a huge advantage for insurance purposes.

Terra Firma replaces the need for cement and concrete by stabilising, hardening and waterproofing the soil found and available onsite.

Terra Firma was vigorously tested on all soil samples including sea and dune sand types with results equivalent and better than the standards set by utilising standard building materials at a fraction of the cost of such materials. This remarkable innovative product was since used in the construction of all of our sports courts countrywide.

Terra Firma is 100% eco-friendly and in most cases dependent on the method used has a 0% carbon footprint making it the leader in innovative new green construction methods.

Sealpro Anti-Bac has been specifically formulated to combat the growth of bacteria and fungi, even in a dry state for a 5 year period.

Tests have shown that Ecoli does not sustain life on this coating for more than 6 hours. The development of this product was specifically aimed at the agricultural industry to prohibit the cross contamination between livestock, especially salmonella, being the biggest contributor of infections.

Salmonella can be removed from these surfaces by using a high pressure wash only (Proven test results). This product is still highly flexible, waterproof, adhesion promoted and eco-friendly, whiles combating the growth of bacteria and fungi. SealPro Anti-Bac can be applied as a wall, floor and roof coating.

By using SealPro Anti-Bac it introduces a massive cost saving for the end user, as fewer chemicals for sterilization of work and preparation areas will be required. An added benefit is that labour cost
and down time will also be reduced to an absolute minimum.
